Some general items of note...

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via the PayPal secure payment portal, but you don't need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.  You can use your PayPal account, as well as all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  When you go thru the checkout process, click Pay with PayPal and you will have the option to use your PayPal account if you have one, or click Pay with Debit or Credit Card to simply use a credit or debit card instead.

How long will it take to receive my order?

While we are a 100% DIY band, we strive for professionalism and usually ship orders within 3-5 business days.  From then, it depends on the standard shipping times of the U.S. Postal Service, based on location.  For international orders, please understand that shipping prices are very high and shipping times are considerably longer.

The item/size I want is sold out.  Will there be more available at some point?

Although we can't make any promises, we do intend to reprint merch items in the future.  Being an independent band makes it a bit difficult to keep a constant inventory, but we will certainly go with the demand.  If you have a particular item or size that you would like to request, please contact us and let us know, and we will do our best to stock it when we are able.
